As we process sheet metal, for the most part, we use the materials and consumables given below.

 

 

Metallurgical Materials

 

1. SHEET METAL

   We usually process quality S235 J+AR sheet metal with thicknesses from

    2 - 10mm usually in these formats:

1000 x 2000mm 4 x 819 x 3700mm
1250 x 2500mm 4 x 608 x 3700mm
1500 x 3000mm  
2000 x 3000mm  

 

    We process dozens of tons of sheet metal every month. Sometimes we need

    stainless steel (1.4301) and aluminium (AlMg3) material.

 

2. PROFILES AND BARS

    We purchase U-, L-, T-profile material and pipes. Our production uses these

     materials rather by the piece and their usage amounts to several tons per year.

   

 

Consumables

3. GRINDING MATERIALS, WELDING MATERIALS (additional
    material, gases)
   In terms of grinding material, we primarily use ø 115 or ø 125 mm disks.
   The  material is welded using the MIG method. The additional material we use is
   Class SG2 welding wire with diameters of 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 mm. The inert atmosphere
   gas is prepared in our own mixing plant. The mixture contains argon - Ar,
   carbon dioxide - CO2 and oxygen - O2.

 

Personal Protection or Equipment

 

4. GLOVES, FOOTWEAR, WORK CLOTHES ETC.

   Each of our employees uses all the required personal protection and equipment

    they need. This refers to gloves, footwear, custom made work clothes, safety

    goggles, ear protection, etc.
